You will need

Use one teaspoon (about 2g) of Genmaicha.
Use one cup of hot water that has cooled slightly from the boil to preserve the tea's delicate sweetness and toasted character.

How to Brew
Place

Add the Genmaicha to an infuser or teapot.
Pour

Pour over hot water that has cooled slightly from the boil.
Steep

Let the tea brew for 2 minutes. For a second infusion, re-steep the leaves for an additional 30–60 seconds.
Strain

Strain the tea into your cup.
