Chef's Picks

The Guacamole & Burrata Croissant

The Falafel Bowl

The Mushroom & White Bean Bowl

The Whipped Ricotta Croissant

Guacamole and torn burrata inside a warm croissant, with chilli crisp for heat and cherry tomatoes for acidity. Richer and more savoury than its ricotta counterpart — built for a real appetite, not a snack.

Crisp falafel over hummus and quinoa, with pickled onion and a bright amba chutney cutting through the tahini. Built to be eaten slowly, one forkful pulling from a different corner of the bowl each time.

Roasted sweet potato, blistered cherry tomatoes, and garlic-tossed mushrooms sit over a base of whipped white bean and cashew cream — earthy, warm, and finished with a scatter of microgreens for lift.

A butter croissant, split and filled with whipped ricotta made in-house — light, faintly sweet, and soft enough to fall apart under a fork. The kind of thing that disappears before the conversation does.
