Use one cup of freshly boiled water that has cooled slightly before brewing.

How to Brew

Place

Add one teaspoon of tea to an infuser or teapot.

Pour

Pour over hot water that has cooled slightly from the boil.

Steep

Let the tea brew for 2–3 minutes. The leaves can be re-steeped 2–3 times to reveal additional layers of flavour.

Strain

Strain the tea into your cup.
