Use one teaspoon (about 2g) of Sencha.
Use one cup of hot water that has cooled for a few minutes after boiling to prevent bitterness and preserve the tea's fresh flavour.

How to Brew
Place

Add the Sencha to an infuser or teapot.
Pour

Pour over hot water that has cooled slightly from the boil.
Steep

Let the tea brew for 2 minutes. The same leaves can be infused 2–3 more times, with each brew revealing a softer, more nuanced flavour.
Strain

Strain the tea immediately into your cup.
